Face to Face.
Michelle is a level 3 qualified and fully insured Personal Trainer & Yoga Instructor. She is a long distance runner having successfully completed marathons and now competes in Hyrox races.
She is also the Manager of Anytime Fitness Oxted which is a state of the art gym facility. She prides herself in helping people achieve their goals and motivating others to become the very best they can be.

Cardio, Weight Training, HIIT, Functional Fitness, Lifestyle Habits and Behaviours
Face to Face
The consultation is free, in person or online. This is the time to discuss your goals and the time frame in which they can be achieved.
You can book 1 hour sessions with Michelle or buy a package. These will usually take place in the gym but can be flexible and visit you.
High Intensity Interval Training. If you're looking to get your sweat on and heart rate up. These sessions are only 30 mins long due to the intensity.
